The cottage is a one bedroomed terraced property which is very quaint with original oak beams in the living room. The stairs lead out of the living room into the bedroom which has a double iron bedstead, two chests of drawers and a wardrobe. The room is very light and sunny as there are two windows. There is a Laura Ashley sofabed in the living room if needed. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob, electric cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. The bathroom has a shower over the bath with instant hot water. The living room is very comfortable with freeview tv/dvd player and a selection of dvids suitable for children and adults. There is also broadband connection. A small back garden is at the rear of the house which is very private. There are many amenities in the local town which include a leisure centre, swimming pool, theatre, library, museum and cinema. A very good bus service is available just 50 yards from the house. The cottage is a short walk from the Neath canal and river, which is very popular with walkers and only a 5 minute drive to the spectacular Aberdulais Waterfalls.
