Single room to rent in large house. in Neath, Neath Port Talbot for sale

I have a single room left to rent in my house. It has a built in one door cupboard/wardrobe for clothes etc. I think it's a little bigger than a standard single room though. The carpet is dark pink at the moment. There is a toilet right outside the door with a sink. The house has a large bathroom with shower and corner bath, as well as a large kitchen (see pics) I have an en suite in my room, so I don't use the other two toilets or shower etc. No deposit required, but rent is paid in advance as usual. So it would just be £300 to move in on the date given. The single bed that's currently in the room is not the best. So if you do not have your own bed, I will look to get a better bed for the room when I have a definite from someone. All bills are included. The house also has broadband with Wifi.
